Bangkok’s vegetarian Festival, locally known as Tesagan Gin Jay, is one of the most colorful and delicious festivals. This cooking class will celebrate vegan Thai food, and coincides with the festival back in Thailand.
Class starts at 1:00 and runs until roughly 3:00. Complimentary wine and beer provided throughout (a lot of wine and beer….). Participants learn to cook three Thai dishes, dine on their work, and leave with recipe cards to recreate on their own.
EdibleDC covered our inaugural cooking class back in 2017. We’ve conducted many classes since, all of which have been a tasty good time.
Exact menu is a surprise but will be a tasty feast. Unfortuantely we cannot accomodate food allergies at this class.
