Chef Lonnie will take you deep South into New Orleans where you will experience those wonderful seafood favorites! In this hands on class you will learn how to create a meal of Shrimp creole, Redfish Courtbullion, and Bananas Foster. Classes are informal, dress casual and come hungry! Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served with your meal. Cost for class is $45/person
