In this hands-on class Chef Sandra will take us to the Tuscan region of Italy where you will recreate some of Tuscany’s finest cuisine. Menu for the evening to include Mushroom & fontina tart, Balsamic tomato slow cooked pork shoulder, Creamy parmesan polenta, Citrus gelato w/ semi freddo in a lemon shell. Two glasses of wine are included with your meal along with other beverage options. Classes are informal, come hungry and ready for a great evening out! $45.00/person
