Heart healthy foods don’t have to be bland and boring. In this class we will be making a few flavor packed dishes that are good for your heart as well as your taste buds. In this class we will be making Dijon baked salmon, kale pesto, a 3 bean quinoa salad, and dark chocolate blueberry nice cream!
