Need a Break? Two dinners options, choose to accompany with a salad, or not, but always dessert! Chef Glenys is here to help you sort the undecided weekday dinners, with options that will want to use again and again!

On the menu:

– Mixed Green Salad with Red Wine-Herb Vinaigrette- we’ll add warm cheese and nuts and it’s a meal too!

– Chicken Fra Diavolo with Burrata and Broccolini – spicy Italian fare with the upscale finish of burrata, and healthy greens! Ticks all the boxes in one dish.

– Baked Pasta with Merguez and Harissa Sauce – Italy meets North Africa in a bold pasta bake. Sausage, tomatoes, pasta, spices and feta; delicious on it’s own

– Lemon Soufflé Pudding Cake – Because, who doesn’t want dessert? And the oven is on anyway?

Cooking Classes at Eden West

Want to learn new recipes and techniques, and how to be a better cook? Or maybe you just want a fun night out!

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store. Payment is required when you register – visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. (604) 939-6200. We require 72 hours notice if you can’t make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place.
