Let the good times roll!!! It’s Mardi Gras week! Chef Valentine is bringing you some of Big Easy classics, that she learnt while spending time in New Orleans.

On the menu:

– Skillet Cornbread: just because it’s so damn good

– Crab Cakes with Red Chili Mayo

– NoLa Jambalaya: The famous New Orleans one pot meal, a heartwarming casserole of rice, chicken, sausage and shrimps with cajun spices

– Brennan’s Banana Foster: pan caramelized bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream, what’s not to love?

Cooking Classes at Eden West

Want to learn new recipes and techniques, and how to be a better cook? Or maybe you just want a fun night out!

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store. Payment is required when you register – visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. (604) 939-6200. We require 72 hours notice if you can’t make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place.
