Are you finding hard getting a good night sleep? We all know that sleeping well can improve your mental and physical health and the quality of your waking life, and yet many of us regularly toss and turn at night.
The food and drinks you consume can directly impact your quality and quantity of sleep. During my next hands-on cooking workshop, I will teach you to cook a simple and delicious 3-course meal that will nourish you, cleanse you and will help you defend against stress and its deleterious effects on the body.
MENU:
♥Bread: Farinata (Chickpeas flatbread from Liguria)
♥Side: Roasted Roots & Orange Salad made with etepetete
♥Dip: Healing turmeric and almonds dressing made with Palmyra dates
♥Main Course: Cleansing Cauliflower Pilaf with with juicy sultanas, tangy lemon zest and crunchy cashews
♥Dessert: Anti-stress Avocado mousse made with Cacao Maca Magic by Pukka Herbs

HEALTHY hOMe COOKING is a series of hands-on cooking workshops hosted and taught by Anna Giunta in private cosy kitchens. Designed for small groups of only 10, each session has a specific focus from learning to boost your immune system, to improve your energy levels, to how to detox and more. Using mostly locally sourced, seasonal and organic ingredients specifically selected to promote wellbeing, HEALTHY hOMe COOKING is not just nutritional classes, but a place where like-minded people can come together, learning skills, sharing knowledge, with no fuss and all with the common love for food and wellness. Anna will share health tips, will show you how to cook simply healthily and will make sure you feel as comfortable as when eating at home.

Hailing from Italy but feeling like a true citizen of the world Anna is a holistic health & wellness coach and Yoga teacher who has always had a zest for cooking. She loves using mother nature’s finest goodies to create the healthiest and most authentic dishes. Anna calls herself a nutritarian, a person who realises that your diet style has to be one of nutritional quality. Following her nonna’s traditional Italian cooking and twisting it into a more post-modern culinary experience, she is a self-taught cook with the gift of balancing flavours together. She truly believes that nothing brings people together like good food, so she will make sure you will have a great time cooking, some simple delicious, and uncomplicated dishes together.
