Event Details
Jess Cope will be running two Children’s Cookery Classes at CGK by the River on the afternoon of Friday 29th March.
A fun, learning and laughing hands on class making Mother’s Day Goodies to take home – Chocolate Tiffin Truffles, Cheese Straws and Cupcake Decorating.
These classes are aimed at children aged 7 – 10 years old (as a guide).
Class 1: 1pm – 2:30pm
Class 2: 3:30pm – 5pm
Please inform me of any allergies or anything that I should know about your child in advance.

What do you need to bring?
Please bring an apron if you have one. Advice on containers to pack up your goodies to take home will be given nearer the time.
Can I come and cook with my child?
This is a drop off and pick up children’s class and sadly no space for adults to attend as well. Instructions on drop off and pick up will be given nearer the time.
About Jess?
Jess completed a Diploma at Leiths School of Food and Wine which she gained with Distinction.
She has experienced a wide range of cooking opportunities including cooking in restaurants, private cheffing in France, cooking dinner for Prue Leith and running a Vietnamese Banh Mi Stall.
Most recently, for 8 years, Jess taught at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School and is now keen to use her skills and experience locally.
Cancellations?
You can cancel your booking, with a full refund, 7 days in advance. We reserve the right to cancel the event, with a full refund, due to any unforseen circumstances.
Do you have disabled access?
The class space at 10 the Sands is in an old building with a long stair case upto the cooking room, so unfortunately there is no disabled access.
