Have you ever enjoyed a piping hot bowl of Pho at your favorite Vietnamese Pho restaurant and wondered how to create all those unique aromatic flavors? Join us and discover the history, differences and techniques used in making classic Pho from Vietnam. From the rich, nourishing broth to the variety of fillings, there is a lot to learn about making your own Pho. Class will include a lunch of Pho with all the fixings. Instructor: Kim Tran
