Ever wanted to learn how to make really delicious Mediterranean food at home?
This flavour filled class takes you on a culinary journey through cuisine from the lands surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. This lush area broadly follows the distribution of the olive tree which provides one of the most distinctive features of the region’s cooking – olive oil.
Mediterranean cooking is all about colour as well as flavour. Meats are cooked on the bone to preserve the natural flavour, and accompanied by colourful salads dressed simply with the local olive oil.
The class will dive into these traditions, and will cater to both novice and experienced cooks.
