Join Patrick Higgins at Aurora Cooks—the Inns of Aurora’s stunning new demonstration kitchen—for a relaxed and educational tasting experience. After a champagne toast, gather around the island or have a seat at a nearby table as though you’re at a chef’s home kitchen and enjoy all of the comforts afforded by an outstanding host.
With delectable tastes and take-away tips for applying expert techniques in your own home, this 90 to 120-minute demonstration is an engaging and intimate culinary experience. Enjoy a glass or two of wine, a craft beer, or a hand-blended cup of tea as you watch, learn, and taste the magic behind a truly well-made meal.

Classes are open to all and begin promptly at 3:30 p.m.—doors open at 3:20 p.m. Seating is limited to 24 guests. Tickets are $75 plus tax. Please register in advance.
FINE PRINT: Please inform us of any food allergies when registering. As classes are designed for demonstration and not intended to be a meal, separate dishes will not be prepared based on preference. Classes are open to guests aged 18 years and older, and a valid photo I.D. will is required to be served alcohol. Cocktail and wine classes require that all participants be at least 21 years old. If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least five days in advance to receive a refund, retain a credit, or transfer to another class. Without the five-day notice, the registration fee is non-refundable. You may, however, send someone to class in your place.
