Event Details
Introduction course for those new to vegan and vegetarian cooking, or lacking confidence in the kitchen. A full day course with lunch and refreshments, in our teaching kitchen with up to six participants. You will have some recipes and goodies to take away with you. Contents will include basic pastry making, one-pot cooking, and introduction to some vegan ingredients.
