Chef Glenys is bringing another pairing of loaves and bowls ! By popular demand, more liquid comfort with crusty sidekicks. One that’s simply vegetables, one seafood and one classic!

On the menu:

– Doukhobor Borscht with Black Bread

This borscht is unique because it’s vegetarian; loaded with beets and finished with fresh dill. Black Breada tangy loaf with accents of molasses, cocoa and coffee, it’s the perfect pairing.

– Spanish Clam Stew with Garlic Potato Flatbread

Saffron, sherry, chorizo, potatoes, tomatoes, fresh herbs…. it all comes together in the bowl. Use the garlicky bread to dip.

– Perfect Chicken Soup with Biscuits

Learn how to make a flavourful bone broth, then add in the essentials; classic biscuits, good anytime, any meal.

Cooking Classes at Eden West

Want to learn new recipes and techniques, and how to be a better cook? Or maybe you just want a fun night out!

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store. Payment is required when you register – visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. (604) 939-6200. We require 72 hours notice if you can’t make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place.
