Join El Ponce for a series of Cooking Classes with Chef Julia LeRoy of Produce & Provide

Come learn building blocks of Mexican Cooking – Each class will teach you how to make an essential staple in Mexican cuisine, as well as 2 cocktails with a Mexican twist.  These classes are hands on, with the goal that you can carry these skills forward into your own cocina (kitchen).  We will also discuss the history of the dishes and ingredients, giving insight into the cultural signifigance and essence of Mexican cuisine.  Join us and learn to take your next fiesta to another level!

  • April 13 – Tamalada

    Learn to make Oaxacan style Tamales & 2 Classic Cocktails

  • May 18 – Tortillas

    Learn to make Tortillas from scratch & 2 Classic Cocktails

  • June 8 – Salsas

    Learn to make several types of Salsa from scratch & 2 Classic Cocktails

  • August 17 – Empanadas

    Learn to make Empanadas both sweet & savory & 2 Classic Cocktails

  • October 12 – Mole

    Learn to make a Mole dish from scratch & 2 Classic Cocktails

Each ticket includes light bites, cocktails during the event, recipes and of course some goodies to take home!
