The class includes:
- An interactive theme-based French lesson (see specifics below)
- Learning tips and techniques to cook a seasonal Mediterranean inspired brunch using simple recipes in French
- Enjoying a delicious brunch with tea or coffee (see details below)
- Recipes and language material at your disposal available electronically before and after the class
Language and Culture theme:
You will judge the best baguette in London using your 5 senses as it is done in Paris each year.
You will approach the 5 tastes (sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami) through a game of discovery.
