If you or someone in your family has an allergy/sensitivity to certain foods, then this is the workshop for you! In this hands-on class, you will learn to make recipes without using dairy, eggs, gluten or sugar. Some of the recipes you will explore include: Almond Flour Muffins, Yam & Walnut Cookies, Dairy Free Cream Soup and a Tofu Quiche. Come hungry and enjoy a meal at the end of the lesson!
This workshop is for people aged 15 and up. Space is limited to 10 participants, so please register early to avoid disappointment!
