If you are wishing to learn how to include more seasonal produce  or you are wanting to expand your repertoire of plant-based recipes, this class will give you what you need.

Join Chef Francoise as she exposes different ways to cook with Artichokes and Swiss Chard- all 100% vegan! First, we will start with a warm artichoke a swiss chard dip with grilled bread followed by a raw artichoke and arugula salad. For our entree, we will enjoy Stuffed Swiss Chard leaves with chickpeas and mushrooms. For dessert, we will have double chocolate chip & chard cookies!! She will also teach other favorite recipes like Carciofi alla Romana. These Roman-style artichokes are a classic yet simple recipe from Rome where artichokes are filled with fragrant herbs and then braised. They result in the most tender and flavour some artichokes that will change your mind about this often intimidating vegetable forever. Join us to see just how easy vegan cooking can be!

**We are able to accommodate Gluten-Free diets in this class. Every dish is 100% vegan!

We will learn new dishes, Eat a delicious lunch and have a little tour around this wonderful sustainable farm.
