If you are wishing to learn how to include more seasonal produce  or you are wanting to expand your repertoire of plant-based recipes, this class will give you what you need.

Join Chef Francoise as she exposes different ways to cook with Asparagus and peas- all 100% vegan! First, we will start with a warm asparagus and pea salad with lemon zest and basil followed by a cold pea soup. For our entree, we will enjoy a Farro risotto with asparagus and pesto. For dessert, we will have sweet pea brownies. . . yum!! She will also teach other favorite recipes like minty pea hummus and how to get perfectly cooked asparagus every time. Join us to see just how easy vegan cooking can be!

**We are able to accommodate Gluten-Free diets in this class. Every dish is 100% vegan!

We will learn new dishes, Eat a delicious lunch and have a little tour around this wonderful sustainable farm.
