Event Details
In this class, attendees will have the opportunity to take a look through the lens of schoolchildren around the world during lunch time! They will learn how to prepare 3-4 lunch staples from several foreign countries, hopefully providing inspiration for their own lunches here. Our instructors will also provide insight on the unique culture of each country and how the regional landscape and traditions influence what they eat. Class is designed for children ages 8-12. Adult supervision is not required, but parents or guardians are welcome to attend. Adult attendees must purchase their own ticket. This class is the first of a three-part series, with the final class scheduled to take place in Fall 2019. Registration for this class does NOT include registration for the final class in this series.
