Learn how to bake classic Gluten Free Hot Cross Buns, a decadent Belgian Chocolate Easter celebration cake and Anzac Cookies; using a recipe handed down from Jacqui’s Grandmother Ivy.
Gluten Free Baking is a whole new language to baking with gluten products. This class introduces people to the principles of Gluten Free Baking, where you will learn the secrets to baking with alternative flour mixes, and the unique techniques required to create delicious Gluten Free cakes, cookies and breads.
The Class will include generous recipe tastings.
