Come to the fabulous Sundial Kitchen in Southville and learn how to prep, roll and cook traditional Pork & Garlic Chive Gyoza.
This class will give you the necessary techniques and skills to create delicious Japanese dumplings, along with a number of other building blocks essential to Japanese cuisine.
You will leave the class with your own batch of gyoza to cook at home as well as recipes for everything that you’ve created on the day.
Japanese pantry essentials will be available to purchase at the end of the class.
