Join Chef Forrest in making a Fresh Vegetable Salad with Chermoula Dressing, Djej Besla (Braised chicken with saffron, olives and preserved lemon), Ras El Hanout (Spiced lentils), and Msemen (Moroccan flat bread). This is adventurous, spice-centric cooking at its best!
