Gather 6 or more of your friends, to join you for a private cooking party, hosted in your home. Choose from one of our 6 specialty 4 course menus, pair with your favorite wines or cocktails, and enjoy a day of friendship, laughter, and learning something new. This class will elevate your skills in the kitchen and will include:

– Developing a 4 course menu that compliments the first course to the last

– Plating and proportions

– Proper Temperatures for proteins

–  You provide the space — We provide the food, plates, utensils –

– 1 Bottle of wine paired based on menu selection

– Custom Aprons for evenryone

Great event for birthday parties, wedding showers, holiday events, anniversaries, or just for fun.

Meals include –

– Course 1 – 3 different easy no fuss hors d’oeuvres

– Course 2 – a light consomme or salad

– Course 3 – Main Entree

– Course 4 – Dessert

Classes:

Friday, Saturdays or Sundays

Choose your 3 hour timeslot (we will need 4 hours in your space: set up, demo, clean-up)
