We have a new chef with a new cooking style at Eden West! Happy to introduce Chef Amanda, who is going to demonstrate Keto friendly cooking! Chef Amanda has 25 years of experience cooking for restaurant, catering, fresh food preparation and retail. Amanda enjoys creating new dishes with fresh local ingredients and putting her own spin on classic dishes from around the world.
On the menu:
– To start we will make our own Cheese based Crostinis topped with:
Oyster pate and fried capers
House Smoked olive Tapenade with goat cheese and tomatoes.
– While you are enjoying these tasty appies we’ll walk you through a fresh seafood stock that will be turned into a rich coconut saffron soup full of salmon, prawns, scallops and clams.
– Our main course for the evening will be Cured Pork Chops stuffed with roasted parsnip and apple accompanied by a fresh salad of Mixed Greens with fennel, pomegranate & cucumber with citrus dressing
– To finish off our gourmet dinner a Chocolate Mousse Tort….. and yes it’s Keto!?!
With a almond and coconut base and a smooth decadent chocolate filling.
