Join us on the farm and learn to make the most of your garden harvest with our signature cooking classes. Growing From unique twists on classic dishes to bold new ideas, you’ll leave class with new techniques and ideas to prepare your favorite ingredients with confidence and recipes to take home.

Colorful Colorado Cuisine Thursday, June 27th, 6 – 8:30pm
Join us in our teaching kitchen as we transform the first of our summer’s harvest into delicious dishes that reflect the region we call home. Gain confidence to creatively cook with ingredients that are abundant while at the same time hone your kitchen skills and freshen up your repertoire. Cooking techniques covered include knife skills, blanching, sautéing, baking.
Garden Fresh Meze Thursday, July 25th, 6 – 8:30pm
As the word “meze” means “taste” or “snack” and is a common way to eat throughout the Mediterranean and Middle East, we’ll explore new flavor profiles and techniques as we learn to make fresh bites inspired from this region. We’ll pair traditional ingredients with local, fresh food grown here on the farm. Cooking techniques covered include knife skills, sautéing, roasting, baking.
Latin American Street Foods Thursday, September 19th,  6-8:30pm
As summer comes to an end, there’s still plenty left in the garden to transform into delicious and creative dishes. Take a culinary excursion through Latin America and explore the flavorful and varied ingredients and techniques that define its cuisine. Cooking techniques covered include knife skills, sautéing, roasting, baking.
