Spring vegetables can be intimidating and most of our grandmothers over cooked them which may have left a bad taste in your mouth (pun intended). Come learn how professional treat their spring vegetables to make them elegant and delectable.
About the Culinary Classes
(September 2018 – May 2019)
Each 2 Hour class is designed for up to 10 participants. These classes are all hands-on and highly interactive. All classes are on the 1st Thursday of the month, and start at 5:00 PM.
