Series of 8 sessions in which the student will learn basic knife skills and kitchen etiquette as well as lots of delicious recipes. Each class is hands-on and runs for two hours. There will be plenty food to eat or take home, or both! Appropriate age is 12 years. $45 per class or $324 for all 8.
