Event Details
During this three-hour session, participants will discover (and rediscover) the culture through Philippine cuisine with tales, recipes and pro-tips from the Filipino kitchen. The class will have intimate conversations through hands-on skills learning the basics (and new ways) of preparing three types of Filipino pancit (noodles): Pancit Habhab (basic noodles, slurped), Pancit Malabon (noodles smothered with shrimp gravy), and Pancit Molo (noodle soup).
It will be enjoyable and best of all, taste great!
At the end of the session, you will bring home your delicious “pabaon” (take-out) from the workshop.
It will be enjoyable and best of all, taste great! You bring home pancit from the workshop, and a cute souvenir tote bag.
