Join us for an evening to learn how to cook Bahn Xeo (turmeric pancakes). Swank and Swine Executive Chef Alex Sullivan Parker will demonstrate how to make this delicious dish that’s filled with market vegetables and Vietnamese herbs and served with nouc cham and peanut condiment.

Turmeric has long been used as a spice and medicinal herb. The active ingredient in turmeric, curcumin, is a powerful antioxidant with strong anti-inflammatory properties. For these reasons, turmeric is a great addition to anyone’s diet!

The evening will start with a cooking demonstration followed by a special presentation on the latest treatments for Parkinson’s. We’ll learn, eat and make new friends! We hope to see you there.
