With the wait list from the last class growing and growing, we brought Prime Rib back again – sign up quickly as this will likely sell out once again!

On the Menu:

– Butternut Squash Soup – with truffles and crème fraiche.

– Steakhouse Chop Salad – salami, smoked olives, sundried tomatoes, artichokes, balsamic dressing.

– THE ENTREE
Prime Rib – whiskey cured, mushroom demi glaze, horseradish cream cheese.

Yukon Gold Wedges – lemon, garlic and oregano.

Honey & Thyme glazed “teen” Carrots.

Cheddar & Onion Popovers

– Maple Pot de Crème – cayenne chocolate ganache, bacon jam

Cooking Classes at Eden West

Want to learn new recipes and techniques, and how to be a better cook? Or maybe you just want a fun night out!

You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store. Payment is required when you register – visa, mastercard, debit, gift certificates and cash are accepted. (604) 939-6200. We require 72 hours notice if you can’t make it to your class for a full refund or to move you to another class. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, a refund will not be issued but you can always send somebody in your place.
