Join Chef de Cuisine Michael Ridell at our weekly Porta Blu Cooking Series for a variety of fun classes, tips and tricks to enhance your culinary journey or to just have fun or to spice up date night.

This week is all about Romance and how to create a special meal for that special someone. We will create a 3-course meal that you can re-create at home and will show your love without breaking your budget.
