Learn the secrets to folding dumplings and blending the perfect curry paste, all in a small group setting.
The menu includes:

- Pad Thai noodles with prawns

- Red Thai curry paste
- Thai red chicken curry
- Korean barbecue chicken with rice
- Thai fishcakes
- Dim sum ‘shao mai’ (dumplings)
- Vietnamese jackfruit rice paper rolls
- Prawn wontons with peanut sauce
- Char siu bao pork buns
- Lychee sorbet
- Traditional lemonade
At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the feast you created!
