This is a Sit and Learn Class with our pitmasters.
We will start at 6:00 and will be serving a dinner buffet style which will include Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Chicken Drumsticks, Sausage, Baked Beans, Coleslaw and Mac and Cheese. We will also have bartenders on site with our full bar available.
The class will cover preperation and cooking of Brisket, Pulled Pork and our Baby Back Ribs. We will also have our pitmasters available after the class for conversation, discussion, and questions.
Tickets for this class are $50 per person and will be capped at 70 people.
